Workbridge to host a motorcycle event to target men’s mental health

We're pleased to share that patients, staff and motorbike enthusiasts are all invited to a very special motorbike event down at Workbridge.

Workbridge Wheels and Mental Health Motorbike presents... Charity Bike Meet

Held on Tuesday 18 June at the Workbridge café site on Bedford Road, the event is being hosted by Workbridge Wheels and Mental Health Motorbike. Both motorbike groups are inviting all their members and anyone who may be interested in finding a new community to come down from 4pm.

There won't just be bikes to see, there will also be live ukulele and drum music from Burton Latimer band, Bludgroup, refreshments, a raffle (with prizes including a bike MOT, afternoon tea voucher, clothing and bike gear) and giveaways.

One of the organisers, Michelle Kite, Workbridge Retail Manager, said: "The bike meeting is a great example of a positive, social gathering. It will being people together socially, and I am looking forward to handing out goodies and chatting with people throughout the event! I feel that being positive definitely rubs off on other people, and I hope to see many smiling faces enjoying the bikes and treats on offer."

The event is free to attend, and the Workbridge Retail cabins (featuring Cake Hole, the Natural Canine Company and Jo’s optimal health), Workbridge Garden Centre, Creative Studio and Charity Shop will all be open, as well as the Coffee Shop for food and drinks.
