The St Andrew's Healthcare's mental wellness programme for primary and secondary school has been featured in the National Association for Special Educational Needs (Nasen's) Connect magazine.

The programme, which is overseen by the Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) College, focuses on the prevention of mental health conditions.

LightBulb has now impacted nearly 30,000 children in 50 schools and not only has the team's work been praised by all the schools they have worked with, but they have also been recognised nationally by the Pearson National Teaching Awards picking up a silver award for Special Needs Education prize.

In addition to assessing what a school is already offering, the LightBulb team provides a bespoke package of training for staff so they feel better equipped at dealing with emotionally challenged children.lightbulb23
