Send a message to your loved one via post or Skype

In order to protect both our staff and patients, we are not currently allowing visitors to our hospitals. However, we are ensuring families are regularly updated on the progress and well-being of their loved one.

It's important to us that our patients can regularly communicate with their support network. We're using Skype and telephone chats to enable this. Please note: Skype calls must originate from the ward; unfortunately carers are not able to instigate the calls themselves.

We would also like to encourage carers, families and friends to email messages and photos of support, which we will pass on to their loved ones in our care. Just email: carerscentre@standrew.co.uk with the patient's ward and initials in the email subject header.
