We have fantastic opportunities to support our D/deaf or hearing-impaired patients in their journey towards greater independence in the community.
Full-Time Days and Nights: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £23,879 per annum plus enhancements
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire
About Our Community Deaf Service
Our Community Deaf Service is at the forefront of transforming community mental health care for D/deaf and hearing-impaired individuals aged 18 to 65. We support service users with complex mental health needs as they transition from secure environments to living more independently in the community.
We are looking for Support Workers to join our dedicated team in making a real difference in service users’ lives. The service supports individuals with a wide range of diagnoses, including mental health illness, learning disability, brain injury, autism spectrum disorder, and personality disorder.
