The Continuous Quality Improvement Team at St Andrew’s Healthcare hosted our 1st Virtual Quality Improvement Conference.

At the event delegates heard from Dr Ash Roychowdhury who spoke about leading the Charity’s Quality Improvement journey in his role as Chief Quality Officer, whilst having the opportunity to look at some of the improvement work being delivered, and how we use information and technology to help provide better care for our patients.

We also welcomed Dr Amar Shah, Chief Quality Officer at East London NHS Foundation Trust and National Clinical Director for Improvement at NHS England, who spoke about the opportunity of Quality Improvement and what it really takes.
