The role
To provide psychological treatments to patients via evidence-based multi-model interventions, such as Dialectical Behaviour, Cognitive Behaviour or other manualised treatment protocols; in conjunction with interventions provided by others and working autonomously within professional guidelines and the overall framework of the team’s policies and procedures.
To organise and provide teaching and training as required.
To reliably collect and interpret data regarding the outcomes of interventions provided.
About you
The right candidate will have a recognised qualification as a therapist and be able to risk asses and manage people with severe complex needs. You must also be able to communicate clearly, effectively and sensitively.
Training or experience in delivery of other psychological interventions isn’t essential but desirable.
