Face-to-Face CASC revision course

St Andrew’s Healthcare is pleased to join forces with Cognitions for CASC (CFC) to deliver a Face-to-Face Clinical Assessment of Skills and Competencies (CASC) revision course.

CFC is a one-stop solution to preparing for the CASC examination with confidence. Their expert guidance and proven strategies for success help to accelerate your preparation for the CASC exam.

The face-to-face CASC courses are delivered by experienced consultant psychiatrists, including those from St Andrew's Healthcare, and professional actors, who are designed to provide comprehensive coaching and mentoring in a small group setting.

The course will cover a range of different clinical skills and competencies stations under exam conditions. Individual and personalised feedback will be offered after each station with suggestions to enhance your performance.

The CASC stations will be performed with strict timing giving you a feel of the CASC exam. Habitual errors will be identified and there will be coaching on body language and enhanced communication skills.

The course will focus on relevant clinical skills needed to pass the CASC exam and the application of knowledge in the CASC setting.
