Patients, families and carers
“It‘s about what you have done for me. My support worker and staff were 150% there for me as well as my son. They made me feel completely at ease. I couldn't fault the process. They have made a very difficult situation not so difficult.”
We know that everyone is an individual and we do our best to make sure we listen to you and support you to achieve your goals.
We provide opportunities for patients to learn new skills and hobbies, to get work experience, to improve health and wellbeing. Patients are encouraged to be involved in planning their care and treatment – and developing our services. We recognise that families and carers have valuable roles in helping patients to recover and supporting patients in the community.
