The Administrative team working in clinical areas is made up of a number of key roles, each providing practical day-to-day support to clinical teams.
We employ administrators to work closely with managers and nursing teams, and clinical administrators to provide administrative support to doctors and professional leads in areas such as psychology, occupational therapy and social work.
We encourage career progression and will provide you with training, mentoring and management support to help you achieve your goals.
There are clear administrative career pathways in the Charity's clinical services and beyond, from administrator through to compliance and administration manager, and on to executive assistant, supporting senior directors.

You will receive support and training, including through a wide range of courses and our 'buddy' mentoring scheme, to help you succeed in your administrative role.
